The piano sound in the beginning is an extract from the original video (making of Concerto Pour Deux Voix). I don't know if he really knows how to play the piano, but I think he know a bit. (My wild guess only)

The first song (ie, when JB plays the piano) is called Concerto Pour Deux Voix by JB and Clemence. The song following thereafter, all through the video is called "Chanson de Piccolo et Saxo" from the soundtrack "Piccolo Saxo et Cie", sung by JB and a kid that do the voice over in the movie.
