I read that he's out of prison now. He did 36 months, I think.

What was he in prison for? That's a new one for me. I heard he was charged with child abuse but it was dropped (for making his kid jog or something)

Tax evasion. According to Wikipedia, he was in jail from july 2006 to may 2009, and now he is serving home confinement.
