I feel like the one after that one too is from a popular song, but I can't put my finger on the exact name. Maybe a slow version of the melody from "I Died in Your Arms Tonight" by Cutting Crew @3:06

Yeah AC is definitely the highlight of the OST for me as well. I really like the mood of this music though with the funky guitar and the part at ~3:05.
I went and listened to the whole thing on the website, as I don't have a PS3 to play it on, sadly (looks like a great game), and it's all really good. AC is the best though, no doubt about that.
Two similar intervals and everyone brings up Pokerface? That's not really much of a similarity.
