I just got back from Srok Khmer. There was a lot of tension when I was there. Troops movement and rumors of war. I couldn't even get a tour bus to Bangkok. So I will have to go next year. Srok Khmer was fun though.
Yea in Siem Reap, Oddar Mean Chey still the same. New people from outside move in that speak with the other accent but most of the native speak the same. We still use borro in Oddar Mean Chey. No one else understand that means ugly. Sometimes we use iel instead of kmas too.

you said that your sroke used to speak same accent surin do they still have some do speak same surin accent still?
