Funny how nobody mentioned the outrageous foul disparity between the teams that caused washington to win. If I recall correctly, it was something like 33-13 for fouls called. That's not normal, and in fact, the refs used in the game had been reprimanded for gambling previously.

I think Illinois could have gotten a better look at the 3 at the end had they not called that timeout. Maybe a chance to rebound a miss and kick it back for a second chance, too.

dont you miss the days when roy was just the baby of the squad, knowing we had talent for the next 4 years. nate robinson brandon roy will conroy tre simmons bobby jones mike jensen jamaal williams comes along joel smith... they were all dedicated to UW basketball. now our all star freshmen might leave uss. =/
