Sounds great man. Really. One thing I would change if it were me. Instead of palm muting the chords in the chorus let them ring out. Will separate the chorus and verse a little bit more than just the changing chords

I'm a huge fan of Jack and this song is not easy to cover acoustic because the main version is with a bass guitar too and it takes a big part in this song. But you managed to do it in a wonderful way.. I have to admit that I like your cover even better than the original version^^
