It's not easy to do in GarageBand. Garageband doesn't allow the all important 'event editing'. If you want to create or edit MIID Files, I suggest using Logic Express. Logic Express is is a better MAC program to create and edit MIDI Files. Get pro MIDI Files from Hit Trax (hittrax.com.au)
ive been editing midis on garageband for a while... but i havent been able to figure out if/how you can export it as a midi... like after you import it and edit it to what you would like it to be, is there any way to export it as a midi file?
You have a beautiful voice.

I'm running Garageband 3.0.5 (104.10) on a Macbook Pro with OS X 10.5.7 and it won't let me import midi. Do I need a newer version of Garageband?
