I think reforging cuts the stat in half, and that thing swops the stats completely so u can either have 50 hit and haste or swop the 100 haste to 100 hit.

(Tiers of other classes, etc.) And you can't go from plate to cloth, or mail to plate or anything like that, so I see no problem here since you won't be able to see mage-warriors running around wildly.
