@slankzor Terra officially has blonde hair. They switched it to green in the game for graphics reasons (Too similar to Celes because of the graphics limitations on SNES), but Terra's hair is supposed to be blonde. Green hair is alternate anyway.

you can go to your settings to see what configuration is flood in. but generally, it's a ground skill, not midair.

To answer all those who have asked why it says Tina rather than Terra and why her hair is blone rather than green there is a simple answer.

In japan, Tina sounded exotic, as did the concept of blonde hair. In the U.S. not to much, so Terra and green hair were done to keep the exotic feel to the character.

This game uses the original Amano designs of the characters, thus Terra's hair will be blonde normally, and the green hair is her alternate costume.

There actually is no reason behind the green hair, that was a spur of the moment thing, like Squall's scar or Cloud's spiky hairstyle.

As for Tina and Terra, a slight reason was a contrast with Celes/Terra that being Celestial and Terrestrial (Note how Celes started with ice and support/white magic when Terra started with Fire and black magic?)

But yes Exoticism was also part of the play

Hey guys, I've got a question. I have Dissidia, and I don't know if it's my PSP or whether or not I need an update, but my loading time in Dissidia is unreasonably long. The disc is clean, I have the original PSP, and the most recent update I've had on my PSP was Crisis Core's update. How do I make it load faster? Someone please respond.

Actually, Phyllo, characters have alternate costumes in this game. (Examples being Kefka's A.C. is based on his boss battle sprite, Terra's A.C. is based on her sprite.)
