UMP45 (Pavelow you hold in your hands), Tar + Scar oh and the riot shields which are completely bullet proof even though the description says, "Bullet Resistent" So when I shoot you with a whole clip of a 50cal i expect that riot shield to shattter in your face.. And the fact that they haven't patched the fuel rock glitch just shows that they don't care, the Xbox had that glitch the first coule days the map packs came out and by the time resurgance came over to PS3 and PC it's still not fixed!

I haven't really experienced this. I think that Commando should get a patch(Not Commando Pro, just the teleport lunge, the 'jumping off buildings and not get hurt' was a good idea imo). I'm pretty sure there's nothing Robert would say about Secondary shotguns. People running around with Marathon and Lightweight with a Secondary shotgun as a primary really irritates me, not if it's you guys. It's game breaking to me. Other than that, this game's 'golden' to me.

This could all be sorted by one small thing- like in Cod4- if your weapon has a grenade launcher, make it take up the first perk (scavenger, OMA etc.)
One Man Army needs to be changed so that players can still change classes but it should NOT, I repeat, it should NOT resupply ANYTHING whatsoever. It should not ressuply equipment and ammo. That is what Scavenger is for.
If a patch is released, which it should, it should not be half assed and simply be that OMA doesn not ressuply the Grenade Launcher but still ressuplies everything else.
K imo OMA or Dc isn't that big a problem, Its just using the perks as they're meant to be used, danger close = more explosives, noobtubes = explosives. Stopping power = increased bullet damage but nobody complains about that. Oma isnt a bad perk, it replaces your secondary AND you can't do anything while you're OMAing, fair. I've OMA/Dc tubed for quite a while and I enjoy it, as do quite a few other people, so why update something that we enjoy?
@0DanZane0 It doesn't ruin the game though, Most people should/do have the skill to play with actual guns (obviously) but I/other tubers decide to use grenade launchers for fun, instead of using bullets we use grenades, simple as

There are many problems with MW2 but the online experience as a whole must severly outweigh these otherwise we would all have shelved the game and be playing something else. I too get frustrated and sometimes have been guilty of "rage quiting" but its nice to see that someone at least appears to be listening to the community and seems to be prepared to try and rectify what are often "Game Breaking" issues for a huge number of consumers!!
I still have 402's picture being used as a makeshift dartboard. IW was too cocky not to submit a beta and look at the price they had to pay. Nevermind it, at least he's making a last minute effort to fix things. Hopefully... when one problem is solved, two more take its place...

personally i dont like infinity ward too much for their lack of community regard when it comes to MW2 but in recent games i noticed that they are attempting to to stop boosters in FFA. You are no longer able to invite a friend into your game. although this isnt a major improvement because you can still join in progress at least it shows they are trying
When you look at the list Bowling put up of what was going to be submitted for a patch, it's all trivial stuff that a very small percentage care about, like weapon sights. Take out danger close, commando, and one man army, and we have ourselves a game. Oma may not be a huge problem, but just stick with scavenger. make them move to earn their ammo.
@0swagger5 They're not gonna remove perks,that's out of the question. What they can do is make tweaks to try and prevent the balance issues. "OMA tweaks to prevent constant reloading of M203's". And the weapon sights might not be so trivial to players like BT that really notice if something small is gimping them,I do agree with you however that it could be delayed and fixed in another patch while they solve the major gamebreaking issues. But that list has infinite tubes+boosters covered...

@rycoGFX OMA is a relatively new problem compared to other things and commando isn't really THAT big of a deal, it's rather annoying, but how many times do you actually die to it in a game? And there is a lot more to fixing problems than just money.

I think that OMA is a problem but youtube is like 10% of the game community and developers don't make changes unless they really see what is going on and the only way to get these fixes fast without people on youtube is on the game description in the dashboard have a place where people can consort and their problems and thoughts and comment saying what they think needs to be addressed in a game. Then you don't have to rely on a youtube channel you can just take 5 minutes and do it on the Xbox.

This could all be sorted by one small thing- like in Cod4- if your weapon has a grenade launcher, make it take up the first perk (scavenger, OMA etc.)

Grenade Launcher should be toned down.
-Arch sooner
-Smaller blast radius
-Less damage
One Man Army needs to be changed so that players can still change classes but it should NOT, I repeat, it should NOT resupply ANYTHING whatsoever. It should not ressuply equipment and ammo. That is what Scavenger is for.
If a patch is released, which it should, it should not be half assed and simply be that OMA doesn not ressuply the Grenade Launcher but still ressuplies everything else.

K imo OMA or Dc isn't that big a problem, Its just using the perks as they're meant to be used, danger close = more explosives, noobtubes = explosives. Stopping power = increased bullet damage but nobody complains about that. Oma isnt a bad perk, it replaces your secondary AND you can't do anything while you're OMAing, fair. I've OMA/Dc tubed for quite a while and I enjoy it, as do quite a few other people, so why update something that we enjoy?

There are many problems with MW2 but the online experience as a whole must severly outweigh these otherwise we would all have shelved the game and be playing something else. I too get frustrated and sometimes have been guilty of "rage quiting" but its nice to see that someone at least appears to be listening to the community and seems to be prepared to try and rectify what are often "Game Breaking" issues for a huge number of consumers!!

I still have 402's picture being used as a makeshift dartboard. IW was too cocky not to submit a beta and look at the price they had to pay. Nevermind it, at least he's making a last minute effort to fix things. Hopefully... when one problem is solved, two more take its place...

personally i dont like infinity ward too much for their lack of community regard when it comes to MW2 but in recent games i noticed that they are attempting to to stop boosters in FFA. You are no longer able to invite a friend into your game. although this isnt a major improvement because you can still join in progress at least it shows they are trying

When you look at the list Bowling put up of what was going to be submitted for a patch, it's all trivial stuff that a very small percentage care about, like weapon sights. Take out danger close, commando, and one man army, and we have ourselves a game. Oma may not be a huge problem, but just stick with scavenger. make them move to earn their ammo.

@0swagger5 They're not gonna remove perks,that's out of the question. What they can do is make tweaks to try and prevent the balance issues. "OMA tweaks to prevent constant reloading of M203's". And the weapon sights might not be so trivial to players like BT that really notice if something small is gimping them,I do agree with you however that it could be delayed and fixed in another patch while they solve the major gamebreaking issues. But that list has infinite tubes+boosters covered...

I take issue with the same things Blame did, and I did notice them, so I am glad they are being fixed, but I just feel the bigger issue is with things that can't be permanently fixed, just balanced more. I think that OMA is a problem but youtube is like 10% of the game community and developers don't make changes unless they really see what is going on and the only way to get these fixes fast without people on youtube is on the game description in the dashboard have a place where people can consort and their problems and thoughts and comment saying what they think needs to be addressed in a game. Then you don't have to rely on a youtube channel you can just take 5 minutes and do it on the Xbox.
