#2000 - I grew up on "brain" sandwiches (born and raised in Kansas) that my grandmother made out of calve brains. Now you can't find even pork brains at any of the supermarkets (at least here in sophisticated California). Someday, I'll go back to the Midwest for a visit and see if I can get these in the market. :)
