I had the good fortune to jam with Dub Judah a few times not too many years ago. The man has an amazing natural musical talent. I played guitar, as did a mutual friend of ours and Dub programmed the drums, played the bass and sang on top. He improvised lyrics and bass, each sounding great on their own but somehow both together sounded more than the sum of their parts. Easily the best jams I've had the opportunity to take part in. Legend.
I dont understand why he is saying ''its a trap'' i thought according to my knowledge babylon is the paradise to all ? anyone briefly explain this to me pl0x ? good song thumbs up
@jousimitsu On the contrary, Babylon is symbolic for an oppressive economic or political system. It's from the bible, "whores of Babylon" and all that. Dub Judah warns you that while Babylon might seem tempting with worldly riches, it's a trap ;)
I knew Judah from school (Brooke House, Hackney ) which produced plenty artist's like Elroy (Black Slate) Trevor Walters, Cleveland Watkiss, I myself play the drums.

To make themselves respected And stop from being rejected In the eyes of the get rich quick Woman a stand upon a corner And a donate them structure But due to chemical poison 'enough man a get a death sentence From proctor an gamble And from Heinz and campbell It come in like them a gamble With the life of people All over the diaspora

Here is what I've, english is not my native tongue...
even if a black market Watch how satan a stalk it
A buy out the investor for couple thousand dollars
To silence the speaker And to restrict the teachers
from speaking the truth to wise up the youth
