@636zixer That is not the proper way to ride. Sport bikes are designed for high speed cornering on perfect TRACK conditions, a mountain road is not perfect and it is not a track. Something as simple as loose gravel in the road can make him lose traction and lowside.

The problem here is kinda obvious. One, you're riding as if you're at the track. Leave it for the track. Two, you are putting your knee down while leaning the bike way tooo much. The idea of hanging off is so that you don't have to lean the bike as much. Btw, if you are a track rider, shame on you for riding like that on public highways/roads. If you're not a track rider, go to the track. Like others said, a bike can't corner at 90 degree angles!

@playingfor4 You can only lean so far. Basically he was going to fast and couldn't make the corner. If you want to go fast you have know where the limit is on how far you can lean. That usually involves going to far once or twice...Getting off the bike and putting your knee out helps transfer weight so you don't have to lean as far/can go faster at the same lean angle.

The problem is the type of corner he was one was a double apex. It's basically a two for one deal. You get the first corner and as you finish tight on that one the second one hits so your tight line ends up running wide on the next one. What you're meant to do on this type of corner is roll off the throttle after the first corner, stand her up, go wide then make a new line to finish tight in the next corner. If you do this you won't run wide on this type of corner.
