  • is this lady crazY? She's hot tho

  • I'm just about to start doing this in class when my teachers start doing left brained stuff that my right brained self can't handle!

  • @TomTom40202 sounds like a good plan! So, how did it go!?

  • stop tapping your brain...

  • Thank you thank you thank you.

  • @ssmukta my pleasure

  • Hey, I think I've figured out what makes this work. It simulates the simian grooming ritual! We're human, we have no fleas or ticks to pluck anymore and I doubt anybody would pluck mine if I had any, but we still need the feeling we get from being groomed. The need is older than our species, so there's no escaping it. Without grooming we start to feel like a monkey shunned by its group, whether we're actually lonely or not. Without its buddies a monkey is nothing and dies in short order.

  • Hi Laura, thanks for that, I just stumbled on your video, I am now interested in finding out more about balancing cortices, I feel pretty good right now, but Im always a big skeptic so wondering if its a placebo affect. Can you direct me to any good websites with more info? Also, how often would you recommend we do this?

    Thanks again.

  • @fruitisfun Did u think this was going to have any effect on you? Placebo effect happens when you think something is going to happen so your brain makes it happen. This can't be placebo effect as I can't imagine anyone thing this is going to make them feel loads better.

  • @fruitisfun there are a lot out there. I'd start with mine :)

  • ahhhhh, the tap your head -rub your belly trick! can you do two things at one time.

  • wow verry effective

  • man. people will believe anything. lmao.

  • ok allow me to get off topic for a moment, but you remind me of Bella from the "Twilight" saga.

    : )

  • im tappin myself but now im bleeding i cant get it, its ur fault!

  • Are you married??? :p

  • wow awesome! it really works eventhough i m kinda buzzing!!! i was a skeptic at first...

  • You know that just made me feel great! What a wonderful gift. Thank you!

  • I just tapped out my cortices with this video... and it feels amazing! Thank you :-) Remind me to do it more

  • When I first watched this video I was like, this is crazy. I started doing this 3x a day... ok, every time I do it.. my breathing gets better, like I am can full breaths that feel very clear. My lungs fill right up... HOW does this work???? and WHAT does it do?

  • It works by bring the awareness to the brain- to the cortex layer, and getting it to take a look at the balance between the right and left hemispheres and gets them to work more efficiently together. This brings the body and mind into a state of greater ease, where it can heal and grow more efficiently. If done regularly, it starts to reset the whole nervous system into a more efficient and relaxed state. It feels like there is more ease, and at the same time more clarity and awareness.

  • this is bound to help a bad hangover!

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO AND I LOVE YOU!!! Maria Petrova

  • everything change just because of looking at his BEAUTIFUL face!! and sweet charming lady :) I am in love hahahaha

  • what are cortices?

sorry i found this video and now im curious

  • Technically, cortices are the outer layers of things, like the brain, kidney, hair, but in this case, she's just talking about the 2 halves of the brain : )

Great video, made me go all sleepy!

  • ohh

    thank you =]

  • Amazing! My breathing expanded immediately and I could feel my whole mood change! This is WONDERFUL!!

  • very refreshing .and very simple..

  • Hello, after doing this for a few minutes, my mood lifted. My mind feels clearer. Even my breathing through my nostrils is freer, like my sinuses are open. Thank you Laura,

    Anne Marie

  • Hi thank you for sharing this process and this video. I love body talk. I found a really good practitioner about 10 years ago and love body talk.

  • Hi thank you for this video. I have used bodytalk many times since I found a really good practitioner. I love body talk. I have not seen this process before so thank you for sharing.

  • So how often do you do this procedures. One round, once a day or what? Anybody know?

  • Hi there. It's recommended that you balance your cortices at least once a day- but I would say do it more like 3 times a day, or whenever you think of it. You can't do it too much. (Unless it becomes compulsive!) You want to maintain that for at least 3 months, and if you are able to get regular BodyTalk sessions, then this will accompany that process. Hope that helps.

  • Thanks for this video Laura and thanks to Magnus for sending us the link.

  • great - thank you!

  • She can tap my head anytime...

  • What a divine young woman. Just watching her and even more, listening to her voice makes me feel better!

Will certainly try this and look at bodytalk. Already do EFT but still come down with bouts of depression so worth looking into. Thanks for posting the video!

  • Thanks for sharing! Diana Moore - New Zealand

  • Great video, Always good to have differnet techniques to use

  • Cool, I am familiar with eft and tat but this is new. Just tried it and felt a powerful shift in feeling. Thanks, I'll be using this one.

  • What are or where are the Meridian points you should be tapping? If you are going to have a different twist to tapping, at least be accurate.

  • It was a pretty straight forward video, I'm surprised you didn't understand it. She was very explicit on what you are to do.

  • Agreed. I followed exactly what she instructed and immediately noticed significant improvemnet in my body's stress level. I'm confused as to what is not "accurate".

  • This particular technique does not tap on specific acupuncture points. It's about activating the brain and heart energy centers with the tapping. So do just as Laura instructs and you'll notice a benefit. Do it often, as the results are cumulative.
