I find with the rubik's 4x4's that the pieces pop out if you turn the layers too fast. Mefferts cubes are definitely better. Plus the piece colours stick out so its easier to see what you're doing.

I'm mad at the company because my color scheme was switched. What I mean is that instead of Red, Black, and Blue (I ordered White plastic), its Red, YELLOW, and Blue. Any suggestions as to what I should do??? I don't want to try to take off the tiles because I might break them.

I got my mefferts twin pack and I like it. When they arrived and I opened it. it came with super glue. It was weird. I figured out why. One of the red tiles fell off and I accidentally put too uch on so I accidentally super glued 2 pieces together.

@Tst13Norman I Actually don't know how to ,but Personally I don't really think that the Meffert's 4x4x4 doesn't really need it. It spins really nice and can cut corners from about half a corner piece away from being lined up. If that makes since. If you want I could try and Do a reveiw on it and show you.

If you examine the regular 3x3, blue, white, and red go in a clockwise direction WHEN red is the right face, white is the Front face, and blue is the UP face. ON MY SWITCHED MEFFERTS, the right face is red, the front face is YELLOW, and the up face is blue. If I try to make it the reg color scheme, it won't be solvable.

Does your QJ 4x4 have really loose inner layers? When I spin the inner layers on mine, they can spin like 2 full times around. They're way too loose, and no matter what I do, I can't get them to tighten up a bit. I've even tightened the ball screw alllll the way.

one weird thing, because of some reason white cubes are always smooher out of the box.

Tested it with black and white C4U cubes, black and white new type A, mefferts twin masters and the v-cube series.

its the type of plastic, or because most colorants expand and the darker the color the more it expands, while increase in size is not visible, it causes the cube to feel tighter, and not as smooth

The tiles are great for seeing the other side without having to look manually. But it almost seems like cheating... I wonder if there have been any complaints in the competitions?

I notice the color schemes are backwards in terms of when white/black is on the bottom: Orange-Green-Red-Blue, when I'm sure most of us (correct me if I'm wrong) are used to Orange-Blue-Red-Green.
