Lolo Soetoro had to either adopt or acknowledge him so he could be registered for school. EO 13489 pertains to *Presidential Records*, in other words, records created AFTER he became President. It does not cover personal records. Read the Presidential Records Act. He did no such thing. The COLB/2007 is the standard issue birth certificate from the State of Hawaii. Because of continued whining from birthers, Obama had to obtain a waiver of State policy, which was granted by Dir of Health Loretta Fuddy. Then they issued teh LFBC. It wasn't "hidden".

Jump out next time you get stopped, and refuse to show your drivers license. Better yet refuse to be groped by the TSA. @CornerTalker Fact.It takes two citizen parents and you need to be born on American soil without dual loyalties to be a Natural Born Citizen.The constitution always required the POTUS to be a Natural Born Citizen.We had just fought a revolutionary war with England.Our founders required NBC as a safe-guard to citizen's Liberty and sovereignty.Without it we wouldn't still exist.It's the tyranny Obama/Soros and their Open Society NWO want that NBC was supposed to protect us from.

@CornerTalker No one is claiming he's not American or a citizen but the fact Obama will not allow any documents/evidence to be examined no one really knows who he is.Assuming he was telling the truth about who his parents are Obama is a citizen and can hold any office in the land except for POTUS or Vice P because he is not a NBC.

Lolo Soetoro had to either adopt or acknowledge him so he could be registered for school. Most likely he acknowledged him as Muslims don't usually practice adoption because of Muhammad being against it.

@courag1 Wrong,any child could go to public school at that time in Indonesia. The registration form that is shown across the Internet is for a private school that taught the Koran to its students one period a day. Obama had already been at school in Indonesia for 2 years at that point when his mother and step-dad wanted him to go to the private school. It is most likely that they lied on the form in order to get Obama into the school.

If Obama is a legal natural born citizen, why not just release his legal original long form, it would shut 99% of us "birthers" up. By traveling to Pakistan, he would not have had US citizenship, so even IF he was born in the US, he lost his citizenship when traveling to Pakistan, had he regained it back, he would be a Naturalized citizen, NOT Natural Born. the Constitution says Natural Born, not "Born in America"

@DanJeffery07 Any US citizen could travel to Pakistan at the time Obama did using their US passport. There was no travel ban. No matter what Indonesia considered Soetoro to be in regards to Obama, that did not affect his US citizenship at all since he could not lose it under US law. As far a NBC is concerned, being born on US soil makes you one.

I have seen just the opposite on those who believe Obama needs to show his birth certificate.
