@jgdogg441 Those props are designed to splinter so pieces will not be thrown in a prop strike situation such as this and leaving the engines running can be seen as a judgement call. Having the engines allows more control on the landing.
@jgdogg441 Im pretty sure those props are made from composite materials an designed to disintegrate in a way that does not endanger the fuselage in these situations.
I think they need some more fire trucks there.

Nice emergency landing...but the only complaint I have is that he didn't shut down the engines...those props could have gone into the cabin o_O
