Thanks! I used Blackmagic's Intensity Pro. It has 2 HDMI plugs. 360/PS3/any-HDMI-device go in one, and another goes to the TV so you can play while the comp records. I got it a beachcameraDOTcom. Costs 180-200 bucks, dirt cheap for HD capture. Captures 480P/720P/1080i but not 1080P but 720P is perfect since thats what youtube HD is. Need a fast CPU and hard drive though.

You can't capture movies, when the 360 and PS3 detect the card they will cut the video feed when playing copyrighted movies.
