  • The first song I ever heard by Tori (although I technically read it first in Neil Gaiman's Sandman [Brief Lives] ) and still my favourite.

  • Tori Amos' songs touch my heart...I love her so much...

  • "Maybe its time to wave goodbye now..." always takes me back somewhere. So sad. But I love this song<3

  • Beautiful song.she evokes all the abstract feelings one feels at a break up.. All the world just stopped now...yes I know that.

  • Little Earthquakes is a perfect album, wonderfully ordered. Surrounding what could have been ordered as a clichedly swooning song, China, with two quirkily feisty songs, Happy Phantom and Leather, for example. The album is an encapsulation of how it can take 20 odd years to make your first record but you only have a few years to follow it. 'Tear in your hand' should have been a huge single for her, a witty, heartfelt, punchy forerunner of the likes of Vanessa Carlton's A thousand miles.

  • What stuck me as so extraordinary about Little Earthquakes and what is exemplified so clearly in this beautiful and profound song is that this is Miss T's first album. When I finally reached backed and peeled it open I was just blown away, shaken with the breadth, intelligence and intrique of this artist. Wow T you are going down in history! :)

  • forgot how much emotion music could stir up inside me,i have little ones so i kinda got hung up listening to there stuff but this album is so much a part of me and my life ,love it

  • @r1pt3r1 oh my God, I was just taking a walk down memory lane and Tori Amos is such a part of who I was and who I am still. I lost myself for a while. It's so beautiful to revisit and remember who inspired me so much. Precious, sweet memories.
