Hi Tony, I just watched your 5 month post op post and I'm very happy that you've lost almost 90 lbs. I'm excited because I'm scheduled for my surgery 1/7/11 and your post is very inspiring. I do have a question though, is there any excess skin after the weight loss? I'm a 40 y/o male and I can't wait to start my new life, I've struggled with my weight for the last 10 years and your post is very uplifting. You look great and keep up the good work!!!!
Hi tony, thanks for the update, your looking great man! Don't worry about the scales just keep doing what you doing, right now your bodys concentrating on the Inches I went through this plateau when the scales just stayed the same and wouldn't move but I was loosing inches. Eventually it will pick up again, Fo sho as you Americans would say lol. Keep positive bro the road is long but you'll get there, endurance will win the battle.
