I have a question RE: bicep exercise and some experienced insights as to if one way of doing exercise is better than another so here goes: I sit down on floor straddling where someone would usually sit to do cable back exercise and use single hand grip to pull back isolating ea. bicep and I "plant my armpit into seat padding; the other way I want to know whether is better, etc., is changing my seated position to moving to side of seat (instead of straddling). To me seems like straddling is best?

Hey Scott, I have a question for you. What time of day is best for one to work out? I used to work out at around 10am everyday (except Sundays) then I got a full time job and I start weekdays from 8am to 5pm and then I go home and take a nap until about 7pm then I spend the rest of my time with either my friends or my girl and I don't have any time left to work out during the weekdays, until I come home and start to work out at around 1 in the morning. Is it okay to work out at that time?
