When my very thick hair was just past my bum I used to braid it and wind it then cover it with a wig cap and never had a problem with wigs. It always caused a stir amongst friends wanting to know how I'd fit it under there. ;)

One thing I must say. That lady looks beautiful in that wig. She looks so much younger that I was shocked when the lady took the wig off. O_o

Wearing a wig is easy if you have short hair.

But I have long hair, and I never wish to Cut it.

Personally What i'd use a wig for is Cosplaying. And My hair goes to the my mid-back, and I'm growing it out, so Wounding that up into a wig cap then popping a wig on is easier said then done.

lmao exactly. Even when you use a wig cap, it just makes your head look like some sort of Alien thing because it just bubbles up or some crap, then it just makes the wig look even weirder.

have you tried french braids? i don't have a helper, so i can't do it...

maybe smaller braids? wrapping around the crown of the head? like one big princess leia thing, but way thinner, and on the top?

mine hasn't come out too lumpy, but i have to clip the crap out of it, too.

it's why i'm not trimming my gokudera wig... all that hair makes it look shorter than it is..

i think i'll try braiding the top half and bottom separately, then wrapping them for more head coverage... so it's even.

The only person I could ask to do french braids is my mother and she made it clear when I was 5 that she can't do french braids. xD

I'll admit I never thoguht about braiding up your hair, I'll try to next time I decide to pop on a wig cap and wig. Though my hair is Layered, and braids normally come out kinda odd.. haha!

that's what the clips are for... i cosplay itachi with my real hair, so mine's just like his, though longer, so i have to pin up all those bangs.

the wig cap is gonna cover up ugly braids anyway, so as long as you can get 'em underneath the cap... it should be fine. ^__^ i'd make them thin, though, or... you'll be lumpy. haha.

without braids... yeah.. my hair's like... all over the place.  it's almost black, too. black hair sticking out of a silver wig, FTMFL! XDDD

Get a wig cap, and put your hair underneath it. That should smooth it all down, and the caps are SO cheap. (about a dollar for 2 of them)

Um sims. Grow up. Yes you can take off the tag. When you go buy a wig ask whoever helps you purchase the wig how to wear it, wash it and more importantly style it. =)
