  • # 1, racism needs to end. In this day and age, people need to get over it and just be happy for who they are, who their neighbors are. There are more pressing issues in the world then what color skin you have. Grow up and take responsibility for yourself. # 2, The death penalty, an eye for an eye, leaves everyone blind. But you kill my mom, my sisters. I have no problems being blind, your dead. I say bring back capital punishment, public flogging, and arm everyone. Not just the criminals.

  • Yeeeeaahhh MUNK ! I have to many countries around the world . Hate is prevelant in all people . Europe is worse, why do you think they went through 2 wars in the last century,Asia too is bad too . Indians hate Pakistanis,Armenians hate Turks,Vietnamese hate Chinese etc.

  • Right on!!!!

  • We kill people, who kill people, to show people, that killing people is wrong.

  • i dont care what color your skin is,if someone murders/kills however you wanna call it,someone else and it is proven without a shadow of a doubt, due to eyewitness / DNA etc ,you should face the same consequence that your action had upon the person you killed, drunk or mental or whatever is no excuse

  • If someone killed my mom. I would kill them. Easy for that. There is punishment for sin.

  • the funny thing about many americans advocating death penalty is that argument "in the bible it is said and 'eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth' " yep but the very 1st commandment is "thou shall not kill" not "thou shall not kill(except murderers)" according to the bible you're not even allowed to end your own life let alone that of the next man so these people should actually be the ones fighting against capital punishment these people arent any better than the talibans the same type fanatics

  • Death penalty not a deterent to crime? Common sense tells me that Troy Davis isn't going to kill another cop, and Lawrence Russell Brewer isn't going to murder another black man.

Now THAT is a deterent to crime!

  • A man who says what it is without all the baggage. great work keep it up.

  • it is wrong all the time. a person who kills people isn't right in the head, punishment is not what they need, it's a little fucked up.

they need to be in a mental institution not a place where they can be beaten and raped while the psychologically ignorant guards can turn their eyes because this criminal is PARTICULARLY heinous.

  • I don't believe in the death penalty at all. And people do ask, "What if it was your mother, child, etc.?" and my answer does not change. I think it's wrong all the time regardless of the crime because killing killers to punish killers is not the answer in my eyes....regardless of whether the person is sorry or not

  • Dear Mr Munk,

I'm in Awe of your intelligence and wit. I watch you and keep thinking, " how can anyone be this smart and funny?" Thank you and i'll continue to watch you. OK, ya i'm a old man, but i can still learn.

    warm smiles at ya,

    Paul

  • I THINK SOMEONE UP IN HERE NEED TO LEARN WHAT WHITE SUPREMACY IS. THERE IS NO JUSTICE FOR BLACK PEOPLE THIS ISN'T EVEN OUR OWN DAMN LAND IT REALLY BELONG'S TO WHITE FOLK'S.

  • Okay I Subbed Because Ur Funny. I Watched This And thought. THIS ISN'T RACISM.. "WHITE SUPREMACY" Speak's for itselfs. So I guess Ur Saying Is This Was All Done Out Of Prejudicy.. That mean They Didn't like Him Not Because You think It wasn't Out of Racsim But Hat the Fact that the man Is Black. Well Um Black People Have No Power Into Being Racist. Then You Used The Damn Bible. JESUS DOESN'T EXIST.. The Bible Is Part Of "WHITE SUPREMACY". Now I will (UNSUBSCRIBE)

  • violence be gets more what oh yeah violence.

  • Barry Sheck proved that the state of Illinois executed more innocent men than actual murderers(no surprise that most of them were black). If a person isn't caught red handed/on video/swears out a confession with no compulsion there should be a great fear of putting an innocent man to death. Jewish Law requires TWO WITNESSES both of whom are willing to face the death penalty themselves for falsely accusing an innocent man while the courts of the USA put men to death for a clipped hair on a shoe!

  • 1. The death penalty was "invented" (people been killing each other since there were people) before DNA and before the "justice" system became a circle-jerk where the taxpayer always gets the cracker. Was it better when no-one but the innocent knew it?

    2. I vote for "golden rule" justice. Whatever you were convicted of happens to you at least twice. Shoot someone? Get shot. Arson? Buy a tent. Rape? BOHICA. Betcha that'd make folks think twice.

  • maybe the death penanlty is about being a deterant as much as it is peace of mind for the victims.

I support the death penatly 110%.

as a matter of fact, there should be an express way through the system.

22 years on death row is ridiculous

5 years MAX. after that, you fry

  • @ForTheRepubl1c First, there is NO such thing as 110% of something. Second, How is it a deterrent? Has crime (death penalty worthy) gone down since the death penalty has been in motion? Third, are you willing to kill innocent people just exact revenge on the guilty? Sure, some have "peace of mind" after but you should look up the amount of people who feel NO difference after the accused has been executed! It's funny that people say murder is wrong then turn around and say it's okay if it's legal

  • @im1shak1biotches

"there is NO such thing as 110% of something" REALLY ?? OMFG I had no idea moron

How is it a deterrent? has anyone who has been executed ever killed anyone ever again . No ? why not

  • @ForTheRepubl1c It's not a deterrent to other people, if it was, no one after the first person would have committed a crime worthy of the death penalty! I could cut off a person's arms and legs and get the same result as the death penalty would! The death penalty is not to deter the person being killed you ignoramus, it's to deter other would-be criminals! Do you even take the time to think before you type??

  • ooo gonna get that hoodie later..sht look beast.

  • I dunno, i feel that you should not be sentenced to the death sentence unless its 100% guaranteed that you commited said crime, HOWEVER, if there is Clear evidence that you did as people claim i feel a murderer should obtain the same punishment he put froth on his or her victim. Why should a criminal get a warm bed free food and tv nightly for killing someone? They shouldn't its like a damn reward for most of these people.

  • only problem with the death penalty is they do not show it on live TV. by doing this and letting everyone see what can happen to you if you comment murder, it will be a better deterrent to committing a crime. I say keep it, and more of this needs to happen, as it will help with the taxpayers money that is used to keep these scum alive for years and years after they commit the crime.

  • @XboobtubeX i can understand your point of view but you know the judicial system isnt perfect and mistakes can be made there are so many cases of people not only in death row but people who had been locked up for years when they found out they were innocent i mean once they've killed them there's no turning back no compensation possible at least if they sentence them to life in prison and they realize they fucked up somewhere afterwards they still can minimize damages simple as that

  • @NicKingPapiChulo but what are the % of people that happens to? gotta go with the majority of %'s.

most people are guilty and live off the taxpayers for yrs. and yrs.

  • @XboobtubeX alright so your point is it doesnt matter if we kill a couple of innocent people as long as the guilty majority is exterminated? we're talking about a hundred cases.i mean you must have heard of the reasonable doubt. it is considered more reasonable to take a chance on letting a criminal outside then sending an innocent to prison for decades or the rest of their life the same precaution principal should be applied to the death penalty by abolishing it thats just common sense

  • @XboobtubeX Pat quinn governor of illinois "It is impossible to create a perfect system, one that is free of all mistakes... To have a consistent, perfect death penalty system, I have concluded, after looking at everything I’ve been given, that that’s impossible in our state. I think it’s the right and just thing to abolish the death penalty" you should also read about George Ryan a republican former death penalty advocate and now a fervent fighter for the abolition

  • The death penalty is good and bad depending on the charge. Murder, yes.. they deserve to die. Rape + murder? This is a whole different story. Normally in prison, rape is not put up with. Inmates will beat the living shit out of a rapist or child molestor every day the rapist is in prison. I feel this is enough punishment for what they put their victim through. So no, no death penalty for cases such as rape + murder or child molestation + murder. Thats my take on this whole subject..

  • Comment removed

  • I think its something like 255 innocent death penalties ever since it was first introduced.

  • Well said, one of your better videos in my opinion. Keep up the good work. =-)

  • @fmunkmoc I think you should understand what Racism, cuz black ppl have no power to be racist. I think ur looking for prejudice!!

  • @MrKingYork did you look that up before you said it? rac·ism /ˈreɪsɪzəm/ Show Spelled[rey-siz-uhm] Show IPA

    noun

    1.

a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.

  • @MrKingYork i think you are looking up discrimination. This is the issue...people just take what they "think" to be true and go with it. Racism has nothing to do with power. Discrimination is based on power and the ability to limit someone else. When you ask someone what a word means they often say "it means such and such...to me". Racism has an actual meaning. I didn't create that meaning. I didn't make it up. It's not based on my feelings. It's in several dictionaries.

  • @MrKingYork Black people have no power to be racist? Do you really believe that? ALL people have the "power" to be racist. In fact, "power" isn't needed. All it takes is a belief that you're better than someone else because they have a different skin color than you. Don't be ignorant, man. (thinking that black people can't be racist is straight up ignorant)

  • Is every video going to be this short now ?! Stop it b -_-

  • The death penalty is wrong. So many studies have shown that its a poor deterrent for crime. Also, it costs on average over 10 times more than what it costs to keep someone alive in prison for life because of how long the legal processes take. There is also the high risk of killing innocent people. The only justification that exists for capital punishment is the desire for retribution, for revenge, the blood lust of the victims.

  • Draftees accounted for 30.4% (17,725) of combat deaths in Vietnam.Last man drafted June 30, 1973. In the United States, about 13,000 people have been legally executed since colonial times. (311,800,000) is the current US census. The % of innocent executed?? Odd on getting death penalty 1 in 96,691

Public opinion polls show that over 70% of the adult population would like to see a return of hanging for first degree murder.

I am favor of PPV executions odds R guy dying is GUILTY!

  • You could quote Ghandi, An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.

  • @frankylovesyall nobody cried racism when they killed Ted Bundy...nor did they cry when they sentenced the DC sniper. Both were guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The issue here is that many people felt there was a reasonable doubt. Not that he was definitely innocent, but if there is any reasonable doubt...death is final and if you are wrong then that death is on the hands of those who decided and carried out the sentence, no?

  • The death penalty is the easy way out for a murderer. Life in prison is much more of a punishment. Cost less too. Besides there have been modern forensics done on past muder cases and they found that about 10% of all people sentenced to death in the 70's and 80's were innocent and wrongly sentenced. Think about it.

  • You offered both sides, which is infinitely more than most sources of information.

Intelligent people can make up their own minds.

Thank you and keep up the good work.

  • If you are a US citizen you are subject to the draft, where if you die in war you did so serving your country, regardless of the cause.

I feel that being a US citizen with the chance of being wrongly found guilty and put to death, should be looked upon the in the same way.

So just as I accept the draft, I would accept the chance of Guilty when Innocent.

Odds are better to get drafted and die.

Death by PPV would be a good deterrent. Innocent people will always be found guilty regardless.

  • @digicom666 but no one has been drafted since the early 70's...

  • @FmunkMOC Some of the republicans are talking about bringing back the draft. Sick fucks if you ask me.

  • @gfsfg111 Can you point to where any Republican has suggested this?

Representative Charles Rangel (D-NY) and Senator Ernest F. Hollings (D-SC) introduced a draft bill in early 2003. Rangel tried again in 2006.

    house(dot)gov/list/press/ny15_rangel/CBRStatementonDraft02142006.html

Senator Hillary Clinton has also mentioned that a volunteer military was "inadequate" in a speech at the Brookings institute about National Security Strategy

    youtube(dot)com/watch?v=9BYNFTCaiBE

  • @MrRikusKhan neither of the links work.

  • @gfsfg111 Hmm, not sure why they don't work. Maybe it's the 5am posting. I searched for them again and they are there. To see the Clinton video search for "Secretary Clinton Addresses U.S. National Security Strategy at the Brookings Institution" on either YouTube or Google. To see the house.gov article about Rangel's bill Google "Rangel draft bill". The title of the article is "RANGEL REINTRODUCES DRAFT BILL". Every link on the page is about Rangel and his draft bills.

  • @MrRikusKhan now they work... thanks.

  • Capital punishment is not a deterrent, it's a penalty. Do I agree with it? Yes, for certain crimes, but not the way it is applied in the US justice system. Only when there is 100% proof positive guilt (absolutely no shred of doubt at all) should it be used. I'd rather pay to keep an inmate in prison forever than accidentally execute one innocent person. Since 1970, there have been 139 death row inmates released from prison (due to DNA exoneration) in the US. Some were executed THEN exonerated!

  • I meant depending on the crime sorry working off my phone

  • The phrase an eye for an eye actually comes from the book "The Prince" people have miss quoting the for ever on that and depending on the capital punishment is still a viable option

  • @bcgunner58- The Bible mentions "eye for eye" in both the New and Old Testament. Deuteronomy chapter 19 verses 16-21 teach about how to treat false witnesses. They should receive the same punishment as they conspired to inflict including "eye for eye."

However, Jesus teaches in Mathew chapter 5 verses 38-39 about not falling into the hate filled trap of an eye for and eye "but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also."

  • Capital Punishment is wrong. Justice system been mess up for a long long time. Troy Davis is a wake up call but everyday somebody is getting screw by the justice system. Its sad

  • There are three concepts for justice and punishment. First, punish all guilty persons. Second, free all innocent persons. Lastly, somewhere in-between. The American system "tries" for the second method. This means some guilty persons will go free. It was devised and implemented by humans, mistakes will be made. If there is new evidence in favor of Troy, a new trial should show the evidence.

  • Love it all FM, keep it coming. However, I want to add one more argument to the reason why a person should be executed. Humans, like animals, must behave within their social order or be cast out or put down. A rabid dog is a danger and should be killed. A rabid human (one who chooses hurt those around him) looses his right to freely move in the social group. A human who either continues to do harm or willingly and wantingly kills other humans must be permanently removed from the social group.

  • @carmelbrown...how many is a lot? the majority? so, what you're saying is the united states executes many innocent people who actually had no connection to the crime and were not even near the crime scene when it occured? really? list them. i know there have probably been a few people put to death who were innocent and i'm not condoning the death penalty, but to say this country routinely executes innocent people is irresponsible and idiotic.

  • i think troy davis should have got another trial but if someone is guilty without a doubt then i dont really care if theyre executed. its just a waste of money to keep them sitting in prison

  • first off, i love watching your youtube uploads...keep them coming. i just want to touch on the notion that more black men are being executed than any other race since the death penalty was restored in 1976. the percentages are as follows: 56% white, 35% black, 7% latino, 2% other. 712 whites, 441 blacks, 93 latinos, 24 other races. i'm not sure if this includes this past week's executions.

  • i don't think the death penalty is wrong for those who decide to take a life its right that there life be taken because there was no compassion when you did it why should i feel bad when your life is going to be taken away should of thought that when you did what did

    in words of tupac

"When will there be peace on Earth? When the Earth falls to pieces."

  • "An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind"

  • @teddybruscie Consider that quote jacked! LOL I like that one...

  • WHATS SAD IS THE SAME EXACT PAROLE BOARD THAT KILLED TROY DAVIS JUST COMMUTED THE DEATH PENALTY TO A LIFE SENTENCE OF A WHITE MAN WHO PLEAD GUILTY (ADMITTED TO KILLING SOMEONE)....BECAUSE HE SAID HE WAS SORRY....ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? HE SAID SORRY OH N HE'S WHITE, BUT THE BLACK MAN WHO DIDNT DO IT N HAD WITNESSES RECANT THEIR TESTIMONY GOT EXECUTED?? OUR "JUSTICE" SYSTEM IS SERIOUSLY FLAWED!!!

  • @ased215er It was 3 years ago and 3 of the 5 members of that board were different. but... that still begs the question...if i kill someone and say i'm sorry do i avoid the chair?

  • @FmunkMOC oh thanx for clearing that up, I guess I didnt get the whole story.....but this whole situation makes me have serious doubt in trusting the justice system to work. Thanx for all the vids n thanx for getting people to use their heads n actually think. Critical thinking seems to be becoming a lost skill n thats a damn shame.

  • Comment removed

  • but did u hear about the the samuel david crowe case a white man who pleaded guilty to armed robbery and murder but didn't get the death penalty because he was sorry i know it should be about race but when things like that happen what can we think and i think the the who whole justice system is a piece of shit and need to be fixed

  • Hmm I am conflicted here. I just watched the Pussification of America the other day which I believe was right on. Here, Death Penalty, I don't think we go far enough. Not only do I think the death penalty is a good thing we need to step it up. I feel the victims have the right to carry out the sentence in a way they seem fit. I think putting this up on a Pay Per View basis with the victims benefiting from any financial gains would be a good thing 2 fold. Deterrent & Compensation.

  • @digicom666 But, what about the innocent that are put to death?!

  • @carmelbrown I think with our technology the amount of innocent people found guilty is becoming less and less. Nothing is perfect in life and I still think that the benefits outweigh any errors.

Great Idea, PPV right before Monday Night Football. I can see Hank Williams Jr singing right now. "ARE YOU READY FOR SOME JUSTEEESSSSSS" One can only dream!

  • @digicom666 No technology is 100% accurate no matter how many ppl want to believe that they are. Just a few yrs back somewhwre on the east coast (It's been a minute, so I'm trying to remember details) but they discovered that their gunshot residue test was flawed in had to take second looks at & overturned countless cases that involved said test...So, ur sayin' since a few innocent ppl die and not a whole bunch then it's okay to execute ppl?! Ridiculous...

  • @carmelbrown

I guess it is all about how you c it.We have men and women in our military dying all the time. Don't get me wrong they are fighting for our freedom and that of others. IT"S MY OPINION, that the few found guilty that were not and put to death would be offset by the good that would come in the form of a deterrent. Granted some are nuts and no matter what kind of penalty you impose will do little or nothing to be a deterrent.

  • @digicom666 Bless their hearts, soldiers enlisting themselves knowing they may possibly die vs someone being wrondfully convicted of a crime & dealing with being in prison for 2 decades of their life, & then possibly be executed for a crime they didn't do is two different things. Sorry, you fail on the analogy. No innocent person signs up to go to prison for the majority of their life, and in a lot of these cases the accused had no connection to the crime scene or anything.

  • Interesting points. made me think

  • Comment removed

  • Good one Munk! It's not about racism, nor is it about an eye for an eye, what makes one human life more important than another. There have been so many innocent men and women put to death, and for what. There are other ways to deal with a supposed murderer or even an actual murderer. We are human and we make mistakes. Just look up IL, they had 5 men on death row that were innocent, and they could've been put to death. They were someone's sons. Think about it.

  • Do you ship to the UK mate?

    Prob not huh?

  • Dont quote the bible full stop B.

    Its bullshit.

  • Odd that some said they disagreed with what i said in the video...i offered both sides and never chose one.

  • @FmunkMOC

Curious on what that disagreed with?

You presented both sides..that's the punchline, can't please everyone!

  • Odd that some said they disagreed with what i said in the video...i offered both sides and never chose one.

  • @FmunkMOC offsubject we need some bigger stop it b shirts fyi

  • @realone5o4 how big?

  • @FmunkMOC 4x an up

  • So Christians answer me this question if killing is bad then does that mean all the soldiers are condemned to hell ?

  • @JURYJOHMZOMBIE

Bah that's a fucking dumb question. The Bible permits the use of a "sword"or killing as it is. That's in Romans.

    Target Christians = fail.

Think about the death penalty as too easy. A guy gets to live and knows his date and time, where as whoever his victim or victims were, did not know nor were put through a trial. They just had their lives taken from them for whatever reason. Save tax dollars, have them exit the court room and be executed.

    S'just me.

  • @iamcrimsonspecter2 wasnt starting an argument but how can it be that it is ok to murder someone when it is still taking a life , i thought it was a sin to kill

  • @JURYJOHMZOMBIE

Your base understanding on the Bible would have people going in circles. Yes it is a sin to kill, yet the confusing part for some, not me, is that there's a point where it's a justifiable act. Romans 13:4 says that a King bares his sword not for just show. We don't live in a country where a king is the only person who bares a sword though. Our Constitution, which our laws come from, puts the structure in place where justice is served through courts, I.E. death penalty.

  • @iamcrimsonspecter2 Thanks for the info

  • @JURYJOHMZOMBIE

No problem. I just know you gotta good taste in channels, so it's gravy.

  • @iamcrimsonspecter2 indeed its all good haha not every convo in youtube has to be hostile haha

  • Maybe exile is the right idea. Instead of killing them we cast them out of the society's protection. "Gonna kill one of us? Good luck in being stranded in the Amazon."

  • Open mined means open hearted!!

  • I disagree with you..i am against the death penalty no matter the situation....whether my child, mother, brother or whomever......I have never been in the type of situation but I don't think that my emotions should make me God and be able to kill another human life. The man in Texas did not deserve to die, although his crime was heinous no man time should be up by the hands of another man. Just because the death penalty is legal doesn't make it right.

  • We deem ourselves (in the States) to be tolerant of people's differences. Yet we consistently engage in rhetoric that shows otherwise. At some point we've got to get away from the bullet point mentality and the soundbites provided by people with an agenda and discuss things objectively.

  • I personally do not believe in the death penalty. I never have, and my stance on that has remained. Our justice system is flawed and will continue to be flawed, BUT the death penalty is definitely an option I can live without. Even people who have committed the most heinous crime, I am still against it. An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind, and fighting fire with fire will leave nothing but ashes. That’s just my personal opinion others may find justice in the death penalty.

  • As long as innocent people are wrongly executed, we have a useless system.

  • @txjcarroll then get rid of it ;D

  • @chrstilen5 Done. Next!... if only it were that easy.

  • Comment removed

  • If you dont like death... then trow out islam. they will bring that, allong with cuting of hands of people.

  • @chrstilen5 interesting idea when the bible says an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth. Islam's justice system is no different than levitical law.

  • @FmunkMOC Christianety dont have cuting of hands as a law. It dont have a order to all muslims, to inforce sharia and make non-muslims pay tax or die. Sura 9:29 and 5:33. The bible is not an order from God. The bible says. "My kingdome is in heaven" or however it was said, but you get the idea. Quran says. "Fight the unbelivers and let them find hardnes in you!"

Big difrance. Allso. Why bring more shit in? Will you bring more dirt into your house, or will you clean up?

  • @chrstilen5 although this isn't the forum...yes...the bible does. However, let me ask a clarifying question. You state "The bible is not an order from God". Do you mean you don't believe that the words in the bible are not God's will?

  • also... please read Deut 17:1-5 which states if any are found to worship differently than the Israelites, to stone them. (paraphrased) . This is just another example of the emotional nature of words. The Qur'an states to kill them if they attack you. I've read both books (and the Torah).

  • @FmunkMOC No the Quran tels you to kill them, becuse Allah dont like them. But be welcome to prove me wrong. But then show me a translation you accept. So I can argue back. I dont want this Arabic bs.

  • @chrstilen5 not necessary. there is not one ayat in the Qur'an that says "Allah doesn't like Christians". In fact, the name Jesus is used more than any other in the Qur'an. The Qur'an explicitly states that Christians and Jews will be in paradise. What translation have you used that says Allah doesn't like Christians?

  • @chrstilen5 and since you pointed to surah 9...perhaps you should read the entire Surah. It is about a specific incident of pagans (Christians aren't considered pagans in Islam) who had made a contract to attack the muslims. As with any nation (including ours) when you are attacked what is the appropriate response? Surah 109 says to the "unbelievers" ..."to you be your way and to me be mine". This is the opinion of the vast majority of Muslims I've met.

  • @FmunkMOC What was Jesus words? Love your enemy.

What was Mohammeds words? I have ben comanded to fight the unbeliver until there is no god but Allah.

Remember that? that's why. Quran is a comand to concure. Bible is a book that tels you how to go to heaven. It dont tel you to concure the world.

But why you even argue about this? Bible bad just like quran and that makes the quran ok? Is that your logic?

  • @chrstilen5 Again...can you point me to "Mohammeds words" saying I've been commanded to fight the unbeliever until there is no god but Allah? If you can find ONE person who actually speaks Arabic to state that there is any truth to that...just ONE...jihad has not, does not, and will not ever mean fight, war, etc....even if you look it up in many available arabic to english dictionaries. So why use the term "fight" here?

  • @FmunkMOC I belive you mentioned the wrong sura. 9:109 says

Is it then he who laid the foundation of his building on Taqwa to Allah and His good pleasure better, or he who laid the foundation of his building on the brink of an undetermined precipice ready to crumble down, so that it crumbled to pieces with him into the fire of Hell. And Allah guides not the people who are the wrongdoers.)

But there is a sura at the end of the Quran saying someting like that. But it dont realy say much at all

  • @FmunkMOC The verse just let's us know. 1 I will never change my religeon 2 you will never change your religeon. But the verse dont say that it is ok. And when we read about fighting the un-belivers, we see that the verse cant be read. As a accepting of other religeons. it only says, that we cant change the religeon you have. Sorry that i dotn remember the sura and verse. maby someting like 80-90

  • @FmunkMOC I did ask you to let me know of a translation that you accept. So why you ask what I use? I want to see what you use. You know, so i can use that one to ;D

See it on youtube they bring up the words Mohammed said. I dont remember where it was he said it. But they brin it in one of the debates. Dont worry, they dont have that manny videos ;D

Yes the quran dnt say that Allah dont liek christians (As far as I recal) But it do say stuff like this.

  • @chrstilen5 I don't use a translation (i speak more than one language). Also I said Surah 109. Surah 9:1-29 is about a specific event in which a group of pagans were gathered to attack the muslims. The ayats you read were specific to THAT group that attacked THOSE muslims and not a commandment to fight all non-muslims. I also read/speak hebrew (although not fluently).

  • 98:6 They are the worst of creatures. And i belive that's kinda the same, as saying you dont like the ;D Exept it's more bad ;D

  • @chrstilen5 you also are confusing Christian with unbeliever.

  • @chrstilen5 you also are confusing Christian with unbeliever.

  • why did you not quote 98:7? "Those who accept truth (note it doesn't say Islam...it says truth) ...are the best of creatures.

  • @FmunkMOC I dident mention 98:7 because the other verse is not any less rasist. yeah it dident say islam. but acording to the Quran. Islam is the truth isent it ;D?

So what you're saying is. there is no muslim, who was able to translate? Or is there a translation that is corect? Or are all the non-muslims domed for hell, because ther is no translation?

  • @chrstilen5 no i'm saying that i needed no translation and neither do most muslims. And the "truth" is that there is one God. According to islam if you don't ascribe partners to God then you follow the truth. In 98:6-7 it mentions ppl of the book and says some will go to heaven, some will not based on their practice. If that means they have to accept islam then why reference them as ppl of the book and not muslims? To quote any religion that we only have a basic knowledge of is dangerous,no?

  • @FmunkMOC It's not dangerus, but it's angerus to not dubble check it ;D

So you still have not let me know of a good translation. Are there no good ones?

  • @chrstilen5 I couldn't tell you a good translation (mostly because I've never really looked lol) but I will ask around for you.

  • @FmunkMOC Sounds nice. might be good for your felow muslims too ;D

  • @FmunkMOC Sura 109 dont have the words. It's ok for you to belive someting ells. It only says they wont change. So that dont say other religeons are aceptable.

  • @FmunkMOC Bring me a translation you like and I can argue about the

"This is the opinion of the vast majority of Muslims I've met"

But If you dont pick a translation. You will only say Arabic, no mather what I say. So give me a name ;D

  • @chrstilen5 also...most Qur'an's are translated into English...most muslims who read the Qur'an are not limited to a translation.

  • @chrstilen5 in addition...if we are to accept that the verse in Deut 17 was only for that time, why think differently of the Qur'an? The majority (over a billion) of the world's muslims do not believe that Surah and ayat is a commandment to kill all non-muslims. To teach that is to teach misinformation.

  • As long as two wrong can make a right, when one can be prosecuted for their beliefs and as long as we allow a minority to dictate to the majority, we'll never be civilized.

  • The problem with the death penalty is it takes too long and it's too friendly. Sharks eat for free. Prisons should be reserved for people who didn't get caught ON CAMERA killing or raping innocent citizens. Yes, many people are wrongfully accused but there are plenty who are blatantly guilty of the accusations against them. I say give them a raft and drop them off in the middle of the Atlantic. As a taxpayer I would happily pay for the gas.

  • i know you alluded to it a little munk but i want to point out that while the troy davis case was all over the news and people came from all over in to georgia to protest capital punishment there was also another execution which took place the same day in texas. the piece of trash lawrence brewer, the white supremacist who killed a black man dragging him behind his truck was executed and there was not on syllable of protest.

it seems that color is more important than the actual issue.

  • @tiggstah yep. this will receive no publicity. The heinous nature of his crime makes it difficult to sympathize. But if you are anti-death penalty, you are anti-death penalty. It smells of hypocrisy...on both sides.

  • @FmunkMOC yes sir, i thought the brewer execution would get some press considering what a huge story it was when it happened.

i would also like to say that i'm not sure how much politically or socially we agree on but i completely respect you. you are able to discuss topics with some actual sanity (with some humor mixed in). as soon as you interject race into the subject most people loose all ability to think rationally. i commend you for not falling victim to that.

  • @tiggstah Most believe that differing politically/socially means we can't discuss things rationally. We've all reached our beliefs via our own life experiences. To completely disregard another man/woman's beliefs is to say that their experiences are false. That can't be true...it just can't.

  • "Gotta love the Brotha Man and the Otha Man."

  • I've often thought about the right or wrong of death penalty, but I never came to a final decision because the legal system is not perfect; it has and does execute innocent people, that's just NOT acceptable. Period.

  • Yes, I think the death pen. should stand. The part I fail to understand is telling someone they are going to be killed for their crimes & sending them to sit on death row for YEARS if not decades before following up on the sentence. Sure we need to revamp our (justice) system. But if you have been found guilty of say mass murder & are looking at never seeing the light of day again. Well that's the point where I say the death pen should be on the table & carried out ASAP not decades later.

  • MY HEART HURTS FOR MY RACE... ESPECIALLY THE BLACK MAN.. IT'S SAD THAT THE SYSTEM IS BUILT TO EXTERMINATE US! WHEN WILL WE WAKE UP... I'M NOT A RACIST AT ALL..I JUST LOVE MY RACE A LOT AND PRAY ONE DAY WE WILL ALL WAKE UP.. MOST OF US DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO OTHERS.. UNTIL IT HITS HOME! R.I.P TROY DAVIS!

  • @SweeTCoocHTee Turn off fucking caps lock, holy shit.

  • @lilruc NOT FOR U!

  • @SweeTCoocHTee I hope you get hit by a big truck.

  • @lilruc U SEEM MISERABLE.. IF THE WAY I TYPE BOTHERS YOU.. THEN U SHOULD STAND WILLINGLY IN FRONT OF A MOVING TRUCK!

  • @SweeTCoocHTee You seem obnoxious.

Quick question; What the fuck is a coochtee?

  • @lilruc YOU SEEM PATHETIC AND MISERABLE.

ANSWER: YOU WOULD NEVER FIND OUT!!!!

  • @SweeTCoocHTee I "would" never find out?

Seriously, what the hell is a cooch tee?

  • @lilruc GO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HASSLE WITH YOUR MEANINGLESS TIME!

  • @SweeTCoocHTee Please turn off caps lock.

  • Theres more evidence to the troy davis case js.

  • @talkfree13 No physical evidence was found liking him to the murder.

  • @talkfree13 David Crowe admitted it. there is never more evidence than that. But...3 of the 5 members of the GA board of parole and pardons that granted him clemency were no longer on the board when the Troy Davis case was presented this time. So it's still apples and oranges to some degree.

  • I always said that if someone killed one of my loved ones, i wouldnt want them to get the death penalty. I would rather them just stay in jail for the rest of their lives. it wont bring my loved one back if that person dies. if i wanted that person dead, it wont make me any better than the person that killed my loved one.

  • Its not that its wrong or that it doesn't deter the crimes. The fact of the matter is the government shouldn't be deciding whether or not people live. They make way too many mistakes and people are always getting released when new evidence comes out. Plus the amount of false confessions people make is mind boggling. /watch?v=13Wm5t-vty8&feature=feedu

  • Georgia also just gave clemency to a white male who did commit a murder but yet for the troy davis case regardless of the outcry and the lack of evidence they denied him. I know this is a lil off topic and more on the topic of racism but I also feel that the US is trying to push african americans to riot. Not saying it's a fact but from their actions this week that's what I feel they're trying to do.

  • @GLegend360 Quite possibly the stupidest thing I have ever read.

  • @lilruc Rather than just saying im stupid how bout you give a reason for why you feel my opinion is "the stupidest thing you have ever read" ignorant...

  • @GLegend360 That man, Samuel Crowe, admitted he did the crime and it was 3 years ago they were a lot more lenient because he pleaded guilty. Race was maybe a motivating factor but the cases are too different so there is no way of telling.
