I tried fried tarantula on my trip to the Vietnam last year. I didn't wanna do it at first, but finally it was mind over manner. I was pleasantly surprised. They taste kinda like crab, only sweeter and slightly tougher. They became my snack of choice during my trip. Theres a Cambodian company that ships them anywhere in the world but they kinda suck. You gotta get them fresh.
