I think right now I would only pass one law if I were president. That law would be that in order to graduate high school you would have to pass a comprehensive exam on the United States Constitution. Just imagine how much more informed the U.S. people would be if that were a reality. Imagine life in this country. There would be no Fed Reserve, driver's licenses, marriage or preacher's licenses.
