Caution - When applying the title "expert" please be sure to first check one's credentials.

hard to perform with the required timing... especially ducking down, I almost always get hit in the face when trying that. Of course, the foilist/epee is perfect at it...

Pehaps getting hit in the face is the correct consequence when performing such a deficient technique. I wouldn't try to perfect that one when your pride is on the line.
