I'll stick to the free for me, the prospective employer, who can't afford to throw money on crap.
Think! If it's free to post jobs on his site then any asshole with a scam scheme can post it very neatly disguised as a legitimate job advertisement.
Go to a site that weeds out scammers by making them pay for the posting and time frame.
