After unlocking Hardcore mode when reaching Champion level (50% completion I think), select it in the menu and press CTRL-H when playing. I could be wrong because I haven't played in over a year!

I did once, but that was only 249. I recently got 250.73 drafting an S7. Enough room and I can get 255.
