I saw this and it was really pure awesomeness. When they talked about what character they would like to do, Germany's seiyuu chose Poland's pony and I died of laughter...

Masaya Onosaka (France) was the funniest of them all,

Kaida Yuki (China) was taking out like a billion pandas out of her purse,

Kosaka Atsushi (Prussia) sang Mein Gott,

Noriaki Sugiyama (England) was stating some points about the anime and he was being nodded by everyone (France started it),

Hiroki Yasumoto (Germany) was basically the one doing all the talking,

And all the VA's got to blow out a cake because it was England's birthday(´；ω；`)
