how about loading it that fast? what happens if i stop for 5 minutes and start again? what kind of chemicals involved with the making of the plates? also expensive compared to silkscreen?

- Loading is fast: don't turn the t-shirt inside out, place it on fixture, then toss on the side (the prints dry immediately).
- You can stop for up to 6-8 hours as long as you cover the etched area of the plate with ink cup.
- We offer plates that are etched with laser etchers (CO2 or YAG), no chemicals involved, within 1-5 min. We can etch plates for you. Photopolymer plates require water or denatured alcohol.
- Pad printing cost is similar to that of silkscreen. Except you don't need dryers.

it need curing after print ? how much temputure and time ?
and how about the washing fastness ?
