You need to credit George Winston in this. There are many Canons in C, but you're playing his arrangement. Pachelbel wrote the Canon in D, and it was transposed to a C Major chord because the D version is more sharp and high, while I think the C version sounds more full and rich. You play nicely, though. Keep up the good work!

Version in C is played only on white keys so it's considered easier for some. But orignialy it was writen in D. But they sound quite the same.

I think you might have played the right hand an octave higher at one part, and at the end the right hand was playing 3 notes per count instead of 16 (or whatever the terminology is) but otherwise isn't that exactly like Variations in the Kanon by George Winston?

C major scale is all white keys(C D E F G A B C)

D major scale has two black keys(D E F# G A B C# D)

Oh sure, but you can also do it when not playing black keys ;) That's what I do for this song (canon), like when you learn to play the original Canon in C (George Winston), you have to play the first chords on 2 octaves so your hand is wide open... But it's no problem cause you feel the black keys going under your finger each time you have to change chords... In brief, I totally agree with you lol

These are notes , From A to G . So D is a bit higher than C. Canon in C is like Canon in D except the scheme is beginning with a C instead of a D.
