i have a chihuahua, and she is pregnant. and will deliver puppies soon. how will i manage the scenario? what if she doesn't chew the embelical chords? should i cut it or pulled it out? and what kind of milk should i feed to the puppies? need some advice. ASAP. Thanks!

@Gonny015 You should know all this information ahead of time instead of asking randomly on the comments of a video. The mother will, by nature, know to bite off the embelical chords, but if she doesnt for some reason, you will half to severe it yourself. Do not feed the puppies milk! it will get it from it's mother. If the mother cannot give milk, for example if it rejects the litter or something, feed it milk make for puppies... see vet.

i need help just got a dog she is any were from 7-9 months idk. i got it from a neighbor who is moving and cant keep her any more the problem is they said she might be pregnant they didnt take the best care of her and i dont know if she is pregnant her nipples are a little swollen and so is her ''private area'' but when she first arrived at my house she bleed, lasted a day or 2. so how can i tell if she is pregnant or just in heat? .... sorry comment is so long.

Can anyone help me out chihuahua delivered 4 puppies and one of them was stuck insider her. We took her to the vet and they kept her overnight spayed her and got the puppy out. Now we have been bottle feeding the puppies. The mom came home the next day and seem to not be producing milk. Will she start producing milk again or am I gonna need to bottle feed them till they grow older
