I haven never seen the use of Hardline. Never have and most likely never will. It's only 1 kill. Plus, I never really aim for killstreaks anyway. It's nice to get them but in my opinion, going for killstreaks keeps you from rushing (most of the time at least).

Ghost is only useful when you have the pro addon. Otherwise it's not really that good.

Scavenger, well, we can all use some extra ammo and nades, right? :D

People saying one perk is better than another aren't realizing people have different play styles. If you are facing a team that works together and you want to flank them you need ghost. Otherwise the entire team will turn around and you have no chance.
