@TheMcK777 This looks like an actual run, but too bad it's only first loop.
Also, this is the version of Hibachi-Kai that you get when you use Shotia; all of the attacks are "toned down" using slower bullets because Shotia is painfully difficult to use on bosses (although the second and fourth patterns look like a nightmare, I can barely see any gaps at all).
Something is wrong. Does the player use any invulnerable code ? Look about 0 : 46 ~ 0 : 49, there is no reason to survive. Is there any invulnerable time at the end of hyper ?
there is invulnerable time at the START of the Hyper. But in this case he survives because the ship's hitbox is very small and the bullet's hit box is in fact smaller than the bullets. He actually dodged all those shots.
@paulomarciano It's kind of hard to tell from such a blurry video; the compression process might have actually removed any visible gaps between the bullets, and it's also difficult to tell the direction of the bullets when they're so blurry.
If this were my run and there actually weren't any visible gaps, I would do it all over again because I don't like making replays where I survive from just pure luck.
Was this an actual Death Label run or was the game Death Label?

0:48 was just lucky shenanigans, he got trapped with no bombs so he just winged it.
