@xIHSxBronson 1st off, Phats were never meant to be worn in public, they are rave clothing and the purpose of the reflectives are for the lights to make your pants glow in the dark, but the youth in Aus after the big shuffle boom in 07-08, started wearing them in public as a trend and just to show off. In my opinion, i think anybody that shuffles in phats out in public just looks like an idiot. Phats shouldn't be worn anywhere public, that's just seeking attention.

Most wear Phats because first of all they keep u cool! as in temperature lol, and shuffling in them old school just makes it look like ur on air...aka my favorite style, The girls were wearing leg warmers... why? because it feels cool to wear them and ur shuffle feels more confident! So tb's can fuck off and shuffle for THE LOVE OF THE MUSIC NOT THE LOVE OF ATTENTION! the goal is to keep it alive with peace and love

And sure phats do sometimes make your running man look really nice and make a more gliding effect while shuffling, but using them in public is just stupid in my opinion. They were meant for raves and should be kept in raves.
