The move is Shining Bird; it's kratos special move and sadly only available on the original Jap version of TOS

Kratos is just the best ever! His english voice actor is great, his personality rocks, he's a powerful character and just plain impossibly hot! glad to see you got this tribute up, your best yet :) YAAAAAAY KRATOS!
