@rgt4all lol Big Sur Moon comes from Bucketheads 1998 album Colma, Echo Song is from Gilberts Get out of my yard which came out in 2006. So no, he didn't. I guess who ever was the first person to use delay in a song has everybody coping that person. The delay time on the song for the notes that makes them sound anything like each other.
