Hi Erica, thank you for this video. Do you put on concealer first? When I've used this, I can't seem to get it on smooth in the corners of my eyes, and then when I try to put on concealer after it settles in my creases. I just can't seem to get it to look right, do you use a primer first? If so what kind? Thank you for any suggestions!

@jeressastyling That is a common problem because of the texture of the airbrush makeup. You can use a regular concealer after the foundation and not before. If you cover cream makeup with airbrush makeup it will be a mess but if you cover airbrush makeup with cream you will be ok but. The two textures will not blend so choose your colors right.

I love your BEFORE makeup face. I think the foundation you are using washed out your rich color and the end result makes you look chalky like you put white face powder on your skin. pick a slightly darker foundation.

you`re wrong. Her face afterward looks smooth and luxurious, healthy and hydrated. the warm colored foundation adds healthy color to her face. the ``white`` part you are referring to is her highlight, which in real life I`m sure is much less drastic than the pictures` flash makes it look. 1. You would apply your false eyelashes after foundation so you dont get any of your foundation onto your lashes.

2. You can airbrush on eyeshadows specifically made for an airbrush machine. If youre interested in that, i suggest you check out TEMPTU's line of liquid eyeshadows. If you use them, you would apply after foundation.

I've used airbrush for about 3 months. the makeup won't run and it stays on for a very long time. the only time it will run is if you actually wash it away

Too funny but it does scare the crap out of everyone the first time the air hits your face but after the initial shocker most people are fine. It just feels like air hitting your face. Some clients say it tickles them. It feels very nice and light to me.

I think if you have the hang of doing regular foundation then you should be fine with airbrush makeup. The only brand I have ever used is MAC and I can stand by the results saying its a great brand. Koren from Encore Makeup has a lot of great info for beginners as well:)

Do you use a primer? I can really notice the hairs on my face after I airbrush.

I dont use a primer. I wash my face with Aveda's purifying creme cleanser which does not dry your face like a gel cleanser. Next I spray my face with Aveda's skin toner. I do not use a moisturizer when I airbrush my face. I have not had problems with hairs but I did work on a model that I noticed hairs on. I finished her face and then sprayed her with fix plus spray bby MAC and the hairs werre not noticeable anymore. :)

Well unfortunately I cant tell the psi's with my machine but I usually operate somewhere around a medium-low setting. Meaning its closer to medium than low. I hope that helps. :)

Thanx girlie! Compared to using regular foundation and brushes I think its a lot neater and easier to maintain. After each time I use it I put a few drops of cleaner in it and spray it through then spray some water through it and thats it.

Yea I was the same. I had no idea how good it was until I tried it. It feels like theres is no makeup on at all. I spent about 350 on the cun and compressor at Michael's but I am sure you can go on Ebay or Amazon and get a better price. I also had to invest on a set of foundations from MAC for my makeup kit at about 20 bucks each. I have 40% pro discount and with that applied I spent almost another 400 bucks for all the foundations.
