@twinturbocrusher The emulator has progressed a little more than is shown here... but basically the GP2X struggles to play PSX generally. Some things are playable barely, but you need to overclock. I think the GP2X Wiz fares a bit better, and the Pandora should run all PSX stuff at full speed. :)

This is the only PSX emulator on GP2X, be sure to grab the latest version!

video capture lag. Playing through the view finder is like travelling faster than light. By the time you see something you've already passed through it. "Even with an IQ of 6000 it's still brown-trouser time"

Dude... for one this video is old now. The newer version of the emulator is a bit faster and you can enable sound.

Second, this is a playstation game running on a device that DOESN'T have 3D hardware to help the emulation. It's a miracle that it goes faster than 1fps... So try and know what you are talking about before trolling! :P

Yeah it's not as bad.

In any case, it was an experimantal feature for the Beta Test.

The next version has a better way of doing the interlacing that doesn't look as ugly.
