This dog knows the trainer. My dobie is a female in a house full of males, and she gets pissed at us she has always managed to punch her paws right in our nuts. She definitely knows it hurts us. If this dog wanted to really get this guy, he would not have walked away like that!!!

Just because the handler doesn't follow instructions doesn't make the decoy and idiot, you need to come work some dogs at my place and see if you can work every dog perfectly without ever getting hurt. Either you have never trained, or you are very Naive. Every decoy gets hurt sometimes regardless of how good they are. Those bite marks taught me to never trust a handler :)

At the time the dog was also having trouble with his hind legs and could not stand up on the rear legs alone, or jump, so his reach was comprimised. The handler was told to hold the line tight so I knew where the end of line was you can clearly see her reach forward with the leash giving the dog the extra room.
If the handler failed to follow instructions, doesn't that prove my point--they don't know what they are doing? Anyway, those bite marks on this idiot's balls will make him more careful next time.

my 3yr old has always played a game with me, i teach taekwon-do so i always used hands and feet to keep him away but first chace he allways tried for the balls without even being shown. Dobes are just super smart dogs

I love dobermans! i've been in love with them since I was like 5-6 y/o (24 now), but as much as I love them and know all about them, any read about them almost every single day I can't have one! :(I live in apartment and they need a backyard, even though I know I would take him for a walk every day for 2-3 hours, its still not fair for a breed to keep it in a 700sq condo with 3 other people in it! but as soon as I buy a house you know what I'm getting, right? A DOBERMAN!
