  • Eliasson a genius? why? I cant see genius, just a guy who is more a phisyc teacher who explain allways some phamomen like in school and because he is not a real interesting person he makes extrem expensive effects out of that. It does not help to understand artists who are interesting and unique thinkers.

  • Love his work! Fascinating play of light and shadows, colors and shape. I totally enjoyed this video...thank you. Namaste, :*)

  • Not a genius. His water drop with strobe light is basic to any scientist. His rainbow, and pool of water reflections are basic to anyone with eyes. The big difference is that he has Large Sums of Money Behind him, and factories, that enable him to pretend to be discovering something new. After all, Spectacle sells, and Museums need to sell tickets for these amusement park rides.

  • @xwaystranger Applying paint to a flat surface is basic to any 5 year old, and people have been doing it for thousands of years, so I guess Da Vinci wasn't doing anything new either.

  • @toomuchluggage what a horrible analogy

  • @villarreal20 Why, if you don't mind me asking?

  • @xwaystranger poor comment from a not creative point of view...

  • coming from the amilli remix i had to see who he was lol

  • This exhibit is in Australia at the moment at the MCA, I saw it. it was beautiful and amazing!

  • this fucker is not a danish. He doesnt even speak proper danish.

  • sounds like bullshit to me

  • Ólafur Elíasson is a genuis

  • yep I second that.

  • Genius? Do you mean a genius of a renaissance? Do you mean a genius of a particular fine art form and / or forms? Do you mean genius in the same sense of a Christ or a Buddha?

  • Ólafur Elíasson is icelandic, not danish.

  • he is danish-icelandic....

  • love his work. LOVE it.

  • more like lol-afur eliasson

  • He did an edition piece which was a laser cut book. The pages formed the negative space of a house structure. It was really great, though seems more Rachel Whiteread in concept.

  • it was his own house in denmark

  • excellent!!!!

but wheres the rest :s ??

  • it's very nice!

  • awesome
