thats it ! it will help you to make your computer someehat fast .

@SamPawar01 Yyyeah, one of the reasons is a weird bug in Windows that causes the update manager to act all crazy and take a hell of a lot of CPU power.

Disabling the automatic updates seemed to help my laptop a bit, but didn't entirely remove the problem. It's way, way way better now, though. Try that if you haven't, since you can still activate the updates whenever you wish to update your Windows. Google has instructions.
