Just because you put on a uniform and refer to yourself by a catchy name like the "Black Dragon Fighting Society" doesn't make you a practicioner of tradtional martial arts. I also wouldn't take a fighting system seriously whose founder called himself the "Deadliest Man Alive" and advertised himself in comic book ads. They're not even mentally or physically fit. I've read books by Hatsumi, Hayes, and Kim, and from what I gather, Kim just takes out parts from their books and writes it in his own words. Kind of like a high school essay :(

Also, the only good thing about Ashida's book, Secrets of The Ninja, is that the meditation techniques shown (non Kuji Kiri) are basic Yoga techniques, and they work too. I intentionally didn't do the last half so I could get a blood rush to my head. Not recommended for those who easily faint though :D
