Actually, I find the SNSD version better, but that's just my opinion. I think the song fits a group more than a solo artist. ^__^ On other hand, I found SNSD first, so it kind of grew on me.

2) The lyrics are not the same, which they ARENT.

From what I've researched into, Ke$ha made this demo for the company and they showed it to SNSD. SNSD's Manager, or record company not sure, bought the song and translated it into Korean. So Ke$ha's IS ONLY A DEMO and not an official release and SNSD's is considered the original version legally.
I, for one, enjoy both.
