We use an item called a clingon between each peg point if needed as an extra peg point to prevent this happening howvere the wind is not really an issue.

@tamarackoutdoors Mike ,how do You go about getting access to woodland for camping.I've been interested in doing this kind of set up.

Not overly impressed with the tent. I think the wind howling under the edges into the main area would seriously wick me off! More pegs?
