These are very disappointing rules cuz 'offensive' is a relative term. What if you have a really intense romance novel? So, really, we can only publish material suitable for kids. I don't understand why Kindle doesn't have separate sections for children and adults. If you're 'too young' you should encounter a blocked adult section.
And here I wanted to publish some novels with 'questionable' scenes. Oh well... Guess I'm not buying a kindle after all.
I found this very imformative, i do have one question though. once a book is published how does one recieve the royalties from sale? is it a cheque in the mail?
@Mistress0fyaoi Hey, here's what I think you're looking for in the way of answers to your questions :) h t tp s : // kdp . amazon . com / self-publishing / help ? topic Id = AE24XS35AM53P (and take out the spaces first) ;)
@Mistress0fyaoi It depends where you stay. Publishers within the USA wait a bank account in the USA will receive their royalties by direct deposit once you reach an amout of $10 or more. For those outside US - your royalties will be sent by cheque once you have reached $100 in Royalties
Amazon: Do you allow adult material? Erotica?

@HungryGuyStories Under their Content Guidelines section, it lists (among other brief sections):
Pornography
We don’t accept pornography or offensive depictions of graphic sexual acts.
Offensive Content
What we deem offensive is probably about what you would expect.

A question. If I want to use a pen name, can I just enter it instead of my real name?

@sqprxs
Yes, you are free to use a pen name - or even more than one pen name
