two more questions. if i had a saber, and sent it to ultrasabers to be converted, would the blade wiggle a bit, like would it be a little loose from the hilt. #2, would it still have the same power up and power down that the regular fx sabers have, whent he light shoots up then shoots down like in the movie, or would it just be like the cheap walmart ones that are like a flashlight?
I can tell you that I have owned a ANH, and ESB, and I much prefer the ESB because of the wiring on the outside. The ANH with it's open holes, just doesn't make any since, I got rid of that one, I am going to convert my ESB to Lux III Green, in an attempt to imitate the Jacen Solo AKA: Darth Caedus lightsaber. I LOVE THE SOUND ON THIS SABER, BEST OUT OF ALL THE SABERS IF YOU ASK ME.

No. There is only a 'Limited Edition' hilt that was never made for the movies but it is not an FX and doesnt have a blade. Though I have seen custom fx sabers built with the hilt.
I think as long as you don't beat the thing against anything like Luke at the end of ROTJ, it shouldn't break. There are a lot of videos on youtube of guys dueling; you should check them out.
