Considering this is done with a count and with students I think it's pretty good. Nothing really wrong with this. To many people expect a perfect tournament ready performance when this isn't really the setting. I say keep up the good work. :)
shisochin kata is powerful.. here, tho, notice the junior students following the kata, being performed at teaching pace for juniors to follow.. as for waza; careful turning in zenkutsu.. must be in strong shoulder width stance in every turn.. work on turning in zenkutsu with minimum foot movement.. consider hand waza in nekoashi before 2nd set of armbar waza.. break fm double wrist grab includes turning/pushing down forearm/raising elbow, before untwisting/pulling back..
Wow...this takes me Way Back. Katherine Sensei ended up teaching out of my first digs on Okinawa: I ran my branch dojo out out of this room in the old USO back in 1996. Thanks!
Those were wonderful days... on Saturdays we used to train outdoors located on the left side of the Camp Foster USO and we used to call it our 'outdoors dojo'... smile... Katherine
Habia olvidado el Kata, y gracias a los pasos que aqui se ven lo pude recordar de nuevo, muchas Gracias.

I went to high school with Mary Jane. I had no idea she was into Martial Arts.
