I just ordered myself a cortex super chip and in a few weeks I'll have it and install it in my truck and make another video of the difference it makes. After that I intend on getting a k&N intake system with throttle body spacer, this should boost the horsepower from 315 to about 360 and give my truck more torque. Then next step is ripping the governor out and buying a cat back exhaust system or doing a dual straight pipe but I hear a straight pipe harms your engine if you cut the cats off. For

@zippyspeed111 My old man's 2010 F150 has like, a 32 or 35 gallon tank (I forget), it gets almost 600 miles before each fill-up, but it gets around 20 mpg highway, stock, so it's very reasonable. Also, if you're looking to get more power/torque out of your truck(without using nitrous or boost), i'd go with a cold air intake, tune, injectors/throttle body and headers/exhaust. With those mods, you're talking another 50+ hp/tq, you'll definately hear and feel the difference.

@zippyspeed111 Take the chip out(voids the warranty, I believe). That's what is limiting your speed. Add some cold air intakes and an exhaust and maybe change your crank shaft, that'd give you a boost of speed and HP.

@ledbetterbrothers its a governor that is put on the truck. its cause the tires cant take that high of a speed and the belts inside will break.  my 03 tahoe has the same thing. im gonna get my buddy to take it off for me cause i just bought new tires. they can go up to 150 mph, so i should be good hahahahaha
