If you plan to stay at Tahiti Village, Please book your stay at Tower 5 because you have flat screens TV's and they have 4 elevators that works fast and its a 10 story building, other towers with 6 floors sucks because each of the small towers have 2 slow elevator and there rooms has old Box TV and it Sucks, it freaking sucks.
@brazilboyds I hate it when this happened, when my dad and I were walking to tower 5 from the parking garadge my key card wasn't working on the back door, and when my Dad try his, it worked and he yield at me for not opening my Door My dad blames me for faulty system.
We got to stay there because we exchanged a timeshare week for the week we spent there... I don't know if they would rent out a suite like a hotel would. Some timeshares do, some don't.
Really great pool design- retro almost for the old pools in Las Vegas, with the palm trees and curved sides to the pool- and that crystal blue sky, I missed going this year for the first time in 12 years I need to go back...
Cindy's shoes are the type with a curved sole so you're rolling when you're walking. Apparently, they are supposed to alleviate fatigue from walking, but they are difficult to stand still on. I'm convinced that she still prefers her old sandals...
"The deep wilds of Las Vegas"...LOL I couldn't help but think of the water bill to keep that place going!! Yep, I'm a true desert person these days and very aware that water is GOLD living in the desert! :-) Beautiful place though! :-)
I think they pump water in from Lake Mead over yonder...
The one thing that I have trouble understanding is why they try to make something that's in Las Vegas look a little like Tahiti... I mean, I doubt that there's a Las Vegas Village in Tahiti...

Do you have to own a timeshare to rent a suite there?

Thanks! We were amazed how nice it was...

Those grounds really are beautiful.
Vegas sure does know how to do this stuff up.
And if you're venturing out onto the strip, a durable pair of shoes is essential, yes.

Most of Vegas is over the top!

It takes a village to raise a child. And then when the child grows up and goes off to see the world, they still have the village to hang out in.

With places like Tahiti Village it's one week at a time...
